Bernie Krause spends his time now as a soundscape ecologist

He created sound for Apocalypse Now and has given a TED talk, but Bernie Krause spends his time now as a soundscape ecologist — he records the natural world around us. And over time, he’s noticed just how much you can *hear* the effects of global warming on our planet.
